Wow it's been awile with everything that I have been doing. Well lets just start by what I have changed. I was stuck in the same weight for over a month so I kept trying different things. I recently started doing Insainty with my niece's which I have found out that I am not a fan of cardio at all. But in the end I guess it is all worth it. :) I am stilling eating my same amount of calories though and have stopped drinking sugar drinks from now on no matter how tempted I am I drink water. If I am not thisrty enough for water then I am not thirsty. Well now for my up date.

Yes I do still have a very long weigh to go but everyday I go I get a little closer to the finish line. I did set a goal to make by the first of Oct. of 21 pounds. I only have 15 more pounds to go so I am hoping and working my butt off to get over that goal. :) I just want to say thank you to everyone that follows this and follows and supports me on facebook and myfitnesspals. It is really keeping me going.

What Is A Calorie?
A calorie is a measurement created to represent the amount of energy contained in either the food (fuel) we put in or the energy (life and movement) we take out. One pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories of fuel / energy. Put in 3,500 calories more than you need and you will put on 1 pound of weight, take out 3,500 calories of energy more than you put in and you will lose 1 pound of weight.All calorie controlled weight loss programs are based around recording and understanding how many calories you put in to your body verses how many you expend as energy output and creating a deficit, i.e. less in than out. How to Lose Weight Safely:
In order to effectively lose weight you need to do it in a safe controlled manor, any calorie values mentioned on this or any website are always averages, the safest way is always to start by consulting your physician.That said, when you create a calorie deficit of the correct amount you will burn fat, however make that deficit too large (i.e. not eating enough) and your body will think you are starving and lower the rate at which it burns energy, your body will also start to burn muscle instead of fat, if in future you put weight on again you will end up with a higher fat percentage than you started.
Unless under medical supervision don’t drop your calorie intake lower than 1,200 calories per day for a woman or 1,800 for a man and do not try to lose more than 2lbs per week. The average ideal calorie deficit is typically between 500 and 1000 calories per day which equates out to 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss per week.

Update
Honestly I have no idea how I lost this pound. I haven't been dieting or working out. I haven't had food in my house to really plan out my meals so I have been having to eat what I get. Which sucked, But I am going shoping this weekend so I can get back on track Monday. I need to lose 14 more pounds to be at my goal my july I think I can do it but I really need to stay focused.
Well here goes

Not to bad really I am glad that it is coming off slow. Cause I never want to see my highest number on any scale ever ever again!!! It really is a huge wake up call. You go through your life thinking im not that big. Then you see that you are in the 300's and your blaming it on your height for the longest time tell you relize that you almost half way to 400 pounds. Depressing I know. LOL I am going to stick this out through the end. I have quite a bit of weight to lose still to be at my main goal weight but I know I can do. I have 132 more pounds to lose tell I am at my healthy weight. I am trying to at least get to 200 right now. So I have 82 pounds that I am focusing on right now. But I know that I can do this. :) So I just want to say thank you to everyone that has been so supportive it has been helping a ton. 23 more pounds tell I post another body picture up. :)

Well 4 more pounds tell I have lost 40 pounds. It sure is going slow but I am ok with that. I know it's suppose to be a slow process and I don't plan on giving up by this time next year you will see that perfect body. I promise. :)

I have changed my weigh ins now to every friday just because of my horrible weekend So this time it took me about a week in ahalf to lose that last 3 pounds. But as of this next week I am getting back on track! No more slacking off. LOL

Weekly update
So my starting wieght was

and this week is 286,
:) I am loving this. Every time I step on the scale each week my numbers are lower and that just make me want to keep on track. I love loosing wieght. Nothing much has changed yet my clothes all still fit but I have lost 4 inches off my tummy 4 inches off my boobs and 3 inches off my legs and 2 inches off my arm. Yes this is going slowly but I would rather the pounds and inches come off slow that to fast. :)

So as of followed a total of 30 pounds gone. It is not to noticeable yet But after I loose another 30 pounds I will put up a new body picture. I am pretty sure it will be noticable after 60 pounds. :) Well I hope. LOL as for now I think I am doing pretty good. Not giving up yet.

Week update
Not to happy with this last week, My body has hit a platoe, lame. So I didn't loose any weight but on a plus side I didn't gain either. So since I have been in a platoe for a week I am hoping that I will have progress by next Tuesday. So as it remains still only 21 pounds lost. I am not to beat up about it. Weight loss is hard and a slow process. I think to lose 21 pounds in a month is really good. Lets just hope I can keep it up. :)

Update and new goal
K so as you know I did gain weight but it is going back down yay. After my cleanse I got back to 310, it sucked worse thing to see so far. LOl That is when I decided that I need to do this all on my own for perment results. So no more easy ways out. So I started doing the south beach diet. With that diet there are 3 phases kinda like the hcg only healthier. However phase 1 made me to sick, so I have decided to do just phase 2 and 3. which allows me to eat meat few starches sugar free treats sparingly. And 5 meals a day. Since I have started to do this diet I have lost weight. I also do a total gym work out bike ride and zumba each day, or at least try to fit in all 3. But it has been hard work. Alot of sweat and alot of anger and wanting to quit. But I am still here lol So as for my updates weigh ins will be every tuesday.

Update
K so for one I am never doing the master cleanse again. It was worth getting your tummy to shrink I do eat a ton less. But I have gained back 10 pounds. Yes this is where every big person gives up and just says screw it im going to be fat no matter what I do. I don't want to be fat anymore so I refuse to do that. There for I am only weighing my self now once every 2 weeks. To make sure that what I am seeing is not muscel that I am actually gaining. So My sister inlaw and niece showed me this video on Dr. Oz about this Chris Powell guy. So I am going to take a few tips that I have learned just by watching that one show. My min weight loss pure week should be 3 pounds. Now if you want to figure out yours then you want to take your weight and devide it by 100. So from now on my udates will be done every 2 weeks instead of every one. :)

Half way there.
Well today is my half day mark of my cleanse. Wow. LOL 5 days. I keep reading alot of negitvie stuff about this cleanse. About how unhealthy it is blah blah blah it's not a safe diet. Well for 1 I am not doing it for a diet it's purpuse is not a diet it's to clean out toxins in your body. I have researched this cleanse night and day before I started it. I was double thinking about it at first. But most of the people saying it's unhealthy are the people have not tried it. I feel great more energy getting more sleep at night and am going to do this and finish it I have 5 days left on it and I don't plan on giving up. So you can either support it or not follow. Either way Im doing it. And hey don't knock something until you have tried it. You can research it to and you will find that it is pretty safe. :) I have weighed myself and quite happy with the results but I will not be posting my weight or pounds I have lost so far until saturday. :) So my next update with my last weight starting weight and new weight and goal weight. :)

Update.
Today is day 2 of my cleanse. Ya that's right people I made it a whole day. LOL anyway I feel great. Aton more energy and junk. And on a plus my acne is clearing up. :)
I was a little worried yesterday at the beginning cause my body did not like the salt water. I ended up puking it out. Ya good thing they offer diff things other then the flush. :) I am happy and after today I only have 8 more days to go.

I know that I am 2 days early with this up date for 1 reason, I will be doing a body cleanse as of wed and will not be able to way my self for 10 days so week 3 will be week 4. :)
