Honestly I have no idea how I lost this pound. I haven't been dieting or working out. I haven't had food in my house to really plan out my meals so I have been having to eat what I get. Which sucked, But I am going shoping this weekend so I can get back on track Monday. I need to lose 14 more pounds to be at my goal my july I think I can do it but I really need to stay focused.

Not to bad really I am glad that it is coming off slow. Cause I never want to see my highest number on any scale ever ever again!!! It really is a huge wake up call. You go through your life thinking im not that big. Then you see that you are in the 300's and your blaming it on your height for the longest time tell you relize that you almost half way to 400 pounds. Depressing I know. LOL I am going to stick this out through the end. I have quite a bit of weight to lose still to be at my main goal weight but I know I can do. I have 132 more pounds to lose tell I am at my healthy weight. I am trying to at least get to 200 right now. So I have 82 pounds that I am focusing on right now. But I know that I can do this. :) So I just want to say thank you to everyone that has been so supportive it has been helping a ton. 23 more pounds tell I post another body picture up. :)
