I gave up for the longest time and I am very disappointed in my self, But I have decided to start again. So here we go! My goal is 200 by march 13 this is at least 4 pounds a week!

I got down to 218 then gained it back I never let my self get under 218 and I don't know why I got there a couple times but then would just give up this time I am determined to get to 200 pounds then continue from there. :)

Weekly update!
So I have now been on this program for over 5 weeks, today is the first day of week 6. I have not cheated once no matter how tempted I was. But I have lost 26 pounds and counting. Which is awesome.

I finally did start slowing down but you never know what will happen. :) I have 15 more pounds to go until I have met my 100 pound mark. My goal is to have that done by march. If I keep going at this rate by summer I should be under 200 pounds. Which like I told you will be the happiest day of my life. I have never seen numbers this low on the scale before. It's awesome.

Finally updating
I know this has been forever since I have updated this. Well I have been super busy with work and junk. Any way I have started this amazing new program which I am in love with and wish I started way sooner. Well any way here is my update
Starting weight was 320
previous weight was 271
current weight is 238
Yep that's right 18 more to go tell I have lost 100 pounds. :) But no celebrating yet. I know that is a huge deal but after I lose those 18 more pounds I still have 70 more to go tell I reach my goal weight. Then that is when the real party will start happening. I started this back in march so if I can lose 18 more pounds by then I will have lost all that in 1 year. Which if you ask me is amazing. Anyway since I started this amazing program 4 weeks ago I have lost 23 more pounds. Which means I am now smaller then I have ever remembered being or seeing on a scale. If you want more info on the program I can message you some details. :) I am going to try to update this every week but honestly not promising nothing. LOL

Overdue update. :)
Wow it's been awile with everything that I have been doing. Well lets just start by what I have changed. I was stuck in the same weight for over a month so I kept trying different things. I recently started doing Insainty with my niece's which I have found out that I am not a fan of cardio at all. But in the end I guess it is all worth it. :) I am stilling eating my same amount of calories though and have stopped drinking sugar drinks from now on no matter how tempted I am I drink water. If I am not thisrty enough for water then I am not thirsty. Well now for my up date.

What Is A Calorie?
A calorie is a measurement created to represent the amount of energy contained in either the food (fuel) we put in or the energy (life and movement) we take out. One pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories of fuel / energy. In order to effectively lose weight you need to do it in a safe controlled manor, any calorie values mentioned on this or any website are always averages, the safest way is always to start by consulting your physician.That said, when you create a calorie deficit of the correct amount you will burn fat, however make that deficit too large (i.e. not eating enough) and your body will think you are starving and lower the rate at which it burns energy, your body will also start to burn muscle instead of fat, if in future you put weight on again you will end up with a higher fat percentage than you started.

So I have now lost 40 pounds :). I am quite happy about that, still no different in clothes size though exepect my bra. But I am going strong.
