I gave up for the longest time and I am very disappointed in my self, But I have decided to start again. So here we go! My goal is 200 by march 13 this is at least 4 pounds a week!

I got down to 218 then gained it back I never let my self get under 218 and I don't know why I got there a couple times but then would just give up this time I am determined to get to 200 pounds then continue from there. :)
