Wow it's been awile with everything that I have been doing. Well lets just start by what I have changed. I was stuck in the same weight for over a month so I kept trying different things. I recently started doing Insainty with my niece's which I have found out that I am not a fan of cardio at all. But in the end I guess it is all worth it. :) I am stilling eating my same amount of calories though and have stopped drinking sugar drinks from now on no matter how tempted I am I drink water. If I am not thisrty enough for water then I am not thirsty. Well now for my up date.

Yes I do still have a very long weigh to go but everyday I go I get a little closer to the finish line. I did set a goal to make by the first of Oct. of 21 pounds. I only have 15 more pounds to go so I am hoping and working my butt off to get over that goal. :) I just want to say thank you to everyone that follows this and follows and supports me on facebook and myfitnesspals. It is really keeping me going.
