Week update

Not to happy with this last week, My body has hit a platoe, lame. So I didn't loose any weight but on a plus side I didn't gain either. So since I have been in a platoe for a week I am hoping that I will have progress by next Tuesday. So as it remains still only 21 pounds lost. I am not to beat up about it. Weight loss is hard and a slow process. I think to lose 21 pounds in  a month is really good. Lets just hope I can keep it up. :)

I hate seeing that after a full week but what can you do. LOL hopefully next week that number is a couple pounds smaller. :)

Update and new goal

K so as you know I did gain weight but it is going back down yay. After my cleanse I got back to 310, it sucked worse thing to see so far. LOl That is when I decided that I need to do this all on my own for perment results. So no more easy ways out. So I started doing the south beach diet. With that diet there are 3 phases kinda like the hcg only healthier. However phase 1 made me to sick, so I have decided to do just phase 2 and 3. which allows me to eat meat few starches sugar free treats sparingly. And 5 meals a day. Since I have started to do this diet I have lost weight. I also do a total gym work out bike ride and zumba each day, or at least try to fit in all 3. But it has been hard work. Alot of sweat and alot of anger and wanting to quit. But I am still here lol So as for my updates weigh ins will be every tuesday.

Now I am at 298

no goal!

So I have lost a total of 21 pounds. Yay, well that is pretty much all I have right now. But if you to would like to loose some weight I will be glad to support you and cheer for you along the way. Cause this is a can do thing with the right attutide. :)
