So my starting wieght was
319
last week was 289
and this week is 286,
:) I am loving this. Every time I step on the scale each week my numbers are lower and that just make me want to keep on track. I love loosing wieght. Nothing much has changed yet my clothes all still fit but I have lost 4 inches off my tummy 4 inches off my boobs and 3 inches off my legs and 2 inches off my arm. Yes this is going slowly but I would rather the pounds and inches come off slow that to fast. :)
