Update
K so for one I am never doing the master cleanse again. It was worth getting your tummy to shrink I do eat a ton less. But I have gained back 10 pounds. Yes this is where every big person gives up and just says screw it im going to be fat no matter what I do. I don't want to be fat anymore so I refuse to do that. There for I am only weighing my self now once every 2 weeks. To make sure that what I am seeing is not muscel that I am actually gaining. So My sister inlaw and niece showed me this video on Dr. Oz about this Chris Powell guy. So I am going to take a few tips that I have learned just by watching that one show. My min weight loss pure week should be 3 pounds. Now if you want to figure out yours then you want to take your weight and devide it by 100. So from now on my udates will be done every 2 weeks instead of every one. :)
